Rooted in a Family-Owned Furniture Company
Charter started in 1983 when Bill and Jayne and their son Mike launched Charter Furniture Rental, furnishing individual and corporate apartments with simple, easy-to-order packages. Furnishing a space for people about to walk through the door has been part of our work from the start, whether they are renters moving in or buyers touring a home.

The Facilities Behind Every Stage
Our staging team works out of Charter's home base in Addison, Texas. The facility includes an 80,000 sq. ft. warehouse with dedicated staging and rental showrooms, alongside our 55,000 sq. ft. flagship showroom.
