Our rental division at Charter Furniture Solutions<\/a>, stages homes in the Dallas Fort Worth area weekly. We recently had the opportunity to stage a home in Celina Texas, north of Dallas. Our team met with the investment company that just finished renovations on this beautiful mid century home built in 1968.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Home Staging using Transitional Design<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

For this mid century home staging, we choose furnishings using transitional design styling that would compliment the newly renovated home. In interior design, transitional styling is a blend of traditional and modern, creating a classic and cohesive feel. Transitional interiors often feature clean lines, a neutral color palette and accessories that create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vacant Home vs. Home Staging<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Often times, sellers choose to leave their homes empty when they place their home on the market. Staging a home highlights a home’s best features and helps potential buyers imagine how their furniture and belongings would fit into the rooms. For this home, we strategically placed furnishings so buyers could get a sense of scale and purpose for each space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
